Parts of Kodagu district experienced showers on Friday. Madikeri has received highest of 3.2 cm rainfall, followed by Shanthalli 2.2 cm rainfall. With rain coupled with strong breeze, the temperature in Madikeri has dipped to 18 degree Celsius.
Intermittent rainfall continues to lash parts of Dakshina Kannada district. The district has received an average of 13.5 mm rainfall. Tarikere in Chikkamagaluru also experienced good rainfall for the last three days. Rainfall has brought relief to farmers.
